Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and know that you have so much to do and so little time? Do you feel that you are not going to get things accomplished and you realize that it has even affected how you sleep? Have you wondered what kind of disaster you are about to walk in because you are not able to get things completed?
If you seem to wake up to these feelings, chances are you are not getting things done. This could happen because you have a lot going on and it seems overwhelming. Maybe you have a list that you were working on, but you felt like you were burnt out and you did not feel like going further, so instead you just put it off.
One good thing is that no matter what happens, your mind will help you to push forward. If you change your perspective and look at life differently, you will see that you can accomplish more than you realized.
Life can be overwhelming, and this happens, but you can learn to be healthy and strong when life springs up more than you feel like you can handle.
It seems like there is never enough time in life. Most people do not have the time to sit around and enjoy things like the sun setting, the birds chirping, or other things and most people spend much of their time connected to their phones, computers, email or other electronics. Living in a time where technology is life, it is hard to see that time needs to slow down.
Stress is not always a bad thing because it helps us to move forward but how we accept and handle stress can be a problem., If you have your mind telling you that you are not going to be able to accomplish what you want to do, you will become uncomfortable and frustrated.
Being super disciplined is great, but if you are not that person, chances are you have a list of what is important to get done and what is not so important. Learn to clean up that list and figure out what projects are the most valuable in your life.
Change your list to a do and to a delegate list. Look at your days and find out what you can accomplish and what you can give to other people to get done for you.
Approach your day happily and with positivity. Wake up and take a couple of minutes to be thankful for what you have. Stay calm and let the frustration of your life go away. Be thankful and happy and get rid of negativity. Be intentional in the good things you do.
Relationship with You
You have to learn to love who you are. Your body is something that holds how smart you are, what you can accomplish and even the best part of your body, your soul. If you are not taking care of your body, you will become disconnected to important things. When you are stressed or upset, chances are you are not taking care of you.
No one can be consistent in their life and if you do not prepare for what happens, chances are you will face challenges and become discouraged. You have to learn to have rest and to be renewed in your life and not to let life overwhelm you.
