You have to learn to get rid of things that you are attached to. When you base your success on things, you will be disappointed in your life path.
Things will not always turn out how you expect them to and you need to let go of your expectations and embrace life as it comes.
One of the ways that you can feel good about yourself now is to set goals that are small and appreciate yourself when you reach them. Things will get in your way here and there but that doesn’t mean that you have lost your footing. Allow failures to teach you a lesson.

The more you learn to appreciate things, the more tings will happen to you that are good, and you can get rid of your negative and stressful thinking and have more positivity in your life.
Right when you wake up, you should hit the ground running. This means that you should set the intentions on what you want your day to hold.
Learn to have your own reality and do this by deciding what you are going to do and how you are going to accomplish it.
Before you even get out of bed, tell yourself what you want the day to bring to you. Make a choice to decide how you are going to be that day and what kind of experiences you are going to have. Choose things such as:

- Having confidence.
- Having peace and no stress.
- Loving others.
- Being compassionate.
Have fun in your life. Life is full of stress but that is a choice. Learn to have a life that is happy and full of fun times.
Do things that you love to do and set your attention on things that you want to do that are fun in your life. Take a class or pick up a hobby that makes you feel good.
Find freedom in who you are and what you want to do in your life. While you are doing it, have fun.
Pretend that you are a kid sometimes. Let life look fun and see all the good around you. Stop being so serious and have fun with people around you.
Let People Be Themselves
No one wants to have to pretend and the thing is, you cannot change other people or make them who you want them to be. Learn to allow people to be who they are and do not try to change them.
Trying to control others will only bring you stress, learn to feel good no matter who someone else is and let them be.
When someone upsets you, be compassionate towards them. Understand that they are different than you and know you love them anyways.
Most people don’t mean to be negative or act a certain way so be kind to them anyways.
Stop Limiting Your Ideas
Do not limit yourself and learn to let your ideas flow. Stop worrying about failing and learn to embrace life as it comes.
Look at life from different perspectives and see what you want to do and who you want to be. Do what you want and don’t let others change your mind.
Stop allowing yourself to miss things because of others or because of your own regrets. Do not bring fear or worry to your table and choose to embrace positivity and to choose to spend your energy being positive.
Learn to pay attention to where your emotions and thoughts are going. You have to change your thoughts when they become negative or it will cause you to do behaviors that ruin your day. Stop thinking things that are bringing you down and choose to be happy.
No one is going to ever be perfect and no matter how much you strive at perfection, you will never reach it.
Learn to stop measuring up to others and be the best that you can be. There are no rules on how great you have to be, and you need to do what makes you feel good.
