Toxic people will try to control and dominate others so that they can disregard your feelings and worry about their own. They focus on themselves and they don’t care about others.
Toxic people will figure out what causes you to feel about yourself and they will not try to lift you up. They will always come back to treat you poorly. They don’t care about you or their friendships and they will hang out with you for a while so that they can feel good about themselves.
Sometimes we face having low self-esteem and it is hard to depend on others to value you. Even if you are around people that talk about appreciating you, sometimes you don’t feel that way. When you spend time comparing yourself to other people, you can get a bad image of yourself and not love yourself.
Having self-doubt can cause you to not trust yourself or your decisions and can cause your judgements to go out the window. You need to be mindful and figure out what you are feeling without being judgmental. It is important to stop self-judging yourself and figure out how to have a better self-concept.
Toxic people hate when you love yourself because they want you to love them more, They don’t appreciate you or what you do and they need you to hate yourself and not appreciate yourself. They want you to ignore your own needs so that you can keep up with them.
They will intimidate you and put you down and this will keep you living in this blindness. You are valuable and need to be respected. Don’t walk on eggshells and always feel that you need the right answers. Real friends will build you up and love you. Try to figure out toxic people and figure out how to get them out of your life.
