Life is hard sometimes and sometimes you will wake up and have to deal with the pain of heart break. Life can be turned upside down.
This happens to everyone and if you are grieving, you will feel broken and you will feel that you have no power. You might feel that you are having a hard time going forward in life.
It’s Okay
It is okay to not feel that you are okay. You do not have to hide these feelings. This is a feeling that comes when things happen in our life. Life is sometimes full of surprises and not all of them are good.
You may feel meaningless and hopeless and you may even feel that you have lost everything that makes you happy.
Life can fall apart, and you can feel that you are not ever going to be better. Remember, healing takes time. When your life falls apart and you lose your job or someone you love, you will have to figure out what you want in life. You will have to figure out your morals and your values. This is hard.
Maybe if you were in your past you would spiral and not be able to pull yourself out of the rut but now you know that you have a life that is worth living for, even when times are hard.
You can do things to help yourself such as yoga. This can help you to see things from a different point of view and to get a new view of suffering.
Even if you are in a mess, you can see that you can make changes. You will feel that lost and betrayal is hard, but you will also see that you never waver your values and your morals.
You can make decisions that show you that you will be okay as long as you learn to love yourself and to make a commitment to work on you.
Setting Routines
Routines are important when you want to stay sane in your life. These can help you to be in control. You can take time to go for a walk or put a time where you are going to eat or drink a cup of tea.
Each time you wake, set routines for your day. You can have similar routines that will help you to learn to take time to relax when your days are hard. You can make yourself dinner and take time in your day to read a book or to watch your favorite show.
Practice
Practice being happy. When you take time to practice having self-love, it is no difference than practicing playing an instrument or playing a sport.
When your body is sad and you are depressed, it can be hard to get up and get moving. You need to do something that helps you to no longer feel hopeless.
Commit to practicing self-love. Stay committed to this and change bad habits. Let go of your downs and have more ups in life. Take a yoga class that can help you to be active and to keep your faith up.
Yoga is something that can help you when times are hard, and it can help you to keep pushing forward. Yoga can keep you moving through your pain and help you to be whole.
Yoga doesn’t take away all the problems that you have but it can help you to make your way through your darkness. When your times are rough, move forward.
Nature
Take time in nature. Put your electronics away for a while and go outside. Be disconnected with what holds you down and learn to connect with nature. Nature is bigger than your problems and you need to take time to walk in the grass and breath the fresh air.
Take a hike or go barefoot in nature. Let your head rest and let nature help you to disconnect for a while.
When you are caring for yourself it means that you take a break when you need it. Life is busy and when you can rest you can be in control of what your soul needs.
Self-care is not punishment and you need to do this so that you can feel good and keep moving forward. Find what makes you feel happy and disconnected and do it.
Being Okay Takes Time
It can take a lot of dedication and time to work on who you are. Practice loving yourself and doing self-care. Know how to take care of yourself and what you need.
It is okay when you do not feel okay. Learn to believe that something better is coming. When you are sad or lost, learn to clear your mind and your feelings.
Practice loving who you are and know that nothing is permeant.
